For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about medicine, so I decided to make that the foundation of my SSP. Although I always knew that I would become a doctor of some sort, in the past few years, I have been dead set on veterinary medicine. I love animals more than anything, so it only made sense. However, before I fully committed to that in college, I wanted to use SSP as an opportunity to explore human medicine as well, just to make sure I don’t spend four years going down the wrong path. So, I ended up with two internships: One at Mass General Hospital, and one at Angell Animal Medical Center.

The rest of my SSP was spent studying for AP exams, continuing orchestra and chamber, coxing on the crew team, taking long walks around the river, and preparing for our i-Grant funded ethics bowl conference with the Ethics Bowl Team.
